A module empowering students to be more resilient.

Rethinking Challenges is an eight-week module that  brings together several complementary concepts and focuses on developing the following five skills:

  1. Critical thinking
  2. Optimism
  3. Communication
  4. Perserverance
  5. Empathy

This module explores how our thoughts influence our behaviours, especially in response to challenges. We can encourage young people them to view challenges as opportunities for positive outcomes. We can also help prevent extensive damage from the wiring of ‘automatic negative thoughts’ to certain challenges or experiences.
