Technical Support FAQs

Technical Support FAQs

Find quick answers to common questions about Technical Support we provide to our member schools.

If you are unable to view your resources, it could be possible that you have an unpaid membership or workshop invoice. Please contact admin@peersupport.edu.au for more information.

There are different online account types for users within our member schools. The four account types include:

  1. Admin account: This user is attached your school’s main email address. By logging in with this email address, you will have full access to the Membership Dashboard, resources, invoicing and account administration. You can add and remove other users.
  2. Primary account: This user is your school’s key Peer Support contact for your Peer Support Program. This account has full access, like the admin account. This includes access to the Membership Dashboard, resources, account information, and the ability to add and remove other users.
  3. Peer Support Coordinator account: This user is the trained teacher (or teachers) coordinating the Peer Support Program at your school. This account type does not have complete access to your school’s membership admin, but can view and download membership resources.
  4. Peer Support Assistant account: Users with admin access can add additional users who also need access to the Peer Support resources. This account type does not have complete access to your school’s membership admin, but can view and download membership resources.

  1. Peer Leader Training certificates, to be presented after the 2-day Peer Leader Training, are found in Peer Leader Training for primary school or Peer Leader training for secondary school.
  2. Peer Leader certificates, to be presented after they have facilitated a module, can be found in the Primary School Manual or Secondary School Manual. Quick links to these are also on the right-hand side of the Membership Dashboard,
  3. Peer Support group member certificates are found in the specific module that has been run. These include summaries of topics covered in each.

If you need more guidance on finding any documents, reach out to admin@peersupport.edu.au.

Your school’s admin account can invite other staff members to join as Peer Support Assistants within the member account section of the site.

Peer Support Coordinators and Primary Contacts will have automatically generated user accounts. Any teacher who has completed a Peer Support Implementation Workshop is classed as a Peer Support Coordinator.

Visit your member account page to add or remove users.

Contact admin@peersupport.edu.au for any further assistance.

Most of our resources are provided in .pdf format for download. Newsletter pieces, fundraising letters and other files that may require editing are also available to download in Word format.

You can access your Member Dashboard when your school has paid its membership invoice. Contact us at admin@peersupport.edu.au or call us at 1300 579 963 if the invoice has been paid and you still can’t access your online account

If your membership expired in the past 12 months, get in touch with us at admin@peersupport.edu.au to find out how to reactivate it. You will be able to renew your annual membership if you still have an accredited Peer Support Coordinator at your school. We can check your school’s status and discuss the steps to reactivating your membership.

If your membership expired more than 12 months ago, you can rejoin Peer Support by registering your school here.

Log in by clicking the LOGIN button on the top right of this site.

Your school’s primary contact and trained Peer Support Coordinators should have their own individual logins attached to their email addresses. Your school’s main email address also has a login.

Use the ‘forgot password’ button to reset your password. Other users can be added once you are logged in. Please note that you will be required to log in using your individual login details giving you access based on your account type. If you are unable to log in but believe you should have access to resources, contact your school administrator, get in touch with one of our Wellbeing Education Consultants, email admin@peersupport.edu.au, or call us on 1300 579 963.
