Building Resilient Children with Andrew Fuller – Orange

Central Western NSW Community Development Sponsorship

Helping parents of Central Western NSW build and maintain resilience and wellbeing within the family

Peer Support Australia has been working with schools across Australia for more than 30 years to support student wellbeing.

Based on the belief that students should be at the centre of their learning, Peer Support Australia delivers programs to empower students with the skills and strategies to establish and maintain positive relationships in their school and community.

A key component to the success of Peer Support Australia programs is our reach beyond the classroom and the partnership with parents to ensure a whole school community approach to supporting the wellbeing of young people.

Parents in Central Western NSW are invited to a face-to-face talk with one of Australia’s leading experts on creating resilience and wellbeing in children and families; Peer Support Australia presents ‘An Evening with Andrew Fuller’.

Following the success of Peer Support Australia’s 2017 parent event in Townsville and 2018 parent event in Campbelltown, ‘An Evening with Andrew Fuller’ has arrived in Orange. These parent events support Peer Support Australia’s mission of empowering all students with practical skills and strategies to positively navigate life and its relationships.

The parent information evening will feature a presentation from Andrew Fuller covering strategies and skills parents can implement with their children to build and maintain resilience and wellbeing within the family.
