Peer Support Australia is a not for profit organisation situated in Brookvale. A Board of Honorary Directors oversees its management:
David Stanton FIA - Chairman
A subscriber to the formation of the company, David has served as a Director since its formation. He was elected Chairman on the resignation of Brian Halstead in October 2005. He is Managing Director of David Stanton & Associates Pty Ltd.
Jennifer Dalitz BA, MBA, CPA
Jennifer was appointed to the Board in 2007. Jennifer has international experience in consulting and professional services and over 10 years experience in Senior Management roles. She is currently a Principal at Dalitz & Associates Business Consultants, a firm specialising in strategy development and implementation within financial services organisations.
James Dibble AM, MBE
Since his retirement from the ABC in 1983, James has served as a Director and elected Chairperson. Mr Dibble resigned as Chairperson in October 2000. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Warringah and a member of Rotary International District 9680 Public Relations Committee.
Brian Halstead BE, BEc, CPA
Brian was appointed to the Board in 1999. He was elected Chairman on the resignation of James Dibble in October 2000. Mr Halstead resigned as Chairperson in October, 2005. Prior to retirement he was Chairman of Freightcorp and a Director and Chief Financial Officer for Unilever in Australia and New Zealand.
Cheryl Hayman BCom
Cheryl was appointed to the Board in 2007. Cheryl brings extensive experience in marketing with a variety of corporations, primarily through her role as Marketing Director. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Hayman Strategy which specialises in strategic marketing and business consultancy.
Judith Merryweather BSc FACS
Judith was appointed to the Board in 2007. With a background in IT, Judith has worked in consulting and senior corporate roles. As a Principal of Alexer she provides strategic business systems consulting. She is a past Director of the Australian Centre for Advanced Computing and Communications (ac3).
Lorraine Walker BA Dip. Ed. Grad. Cert. Religious Education
Lorraine was appointed to the Board in 2008. Lorraine has extensive experience in education, particularly in the Catholic Sector over a period of twenty years as a teacher of History, English and Religious Education. From 1990 to 2000 Lorraine was the Assistant Principal - Pastoral Care at a large Catholic school, with an enrolment of 1500 students. Currently Lorraine is the State Coordinator - Student Welfare Programs with the Catholic Education Commission NSW.

Sharlene Chadwick Training and Development ManagerSharlene was appointed to the Peer Support Foundation in 1995. She has over 10 years secondary teaching experience. Sharlene has qualifications and experience in adult education, including a Master of Professional Education and Training.
Sharlene’s areas of responsibility are the Central Coast, Clarence/Coffs Harbour, Hornsby, Lake Macquarie, Lismore, Maitland, Muswellbrook, Newcastle, Northern Beaches, Port Macquarie, Ryde, Taree, Tweed Heads/Ballina and Queensland. |

Zoe Dawson Training and Development ConsultantZoe was appointed to the Peer Support Foundation in 2007. She has over 5 years experience in primary education both in Australia and the United Kingdom. She is also an experienced adult educator.
Zoe’s areas of responsibility are Armidale, Bathurst, Blacktown, Bourke, Broken Hill, Campbelltown, Dubbo, Fairfield, Liverpool, Moree, Mount Druitt, Orange, Parramatta, Penrith, Tamworth and Windsor. |

Matt was appointed to the Peer Support Foundation in 2008. He has over 5 years experience in primary education in Australia and 9 years experience in an administrative role.

Josie is a qualified and experienced training coordinator with a strong administrative background. |

Mary Hayward Relationship and Business Development OfficerMary was appointed to the Peer Support Foundation in 2007. She has extensive experience in education and vocational education as a practitioner, curriculum and policy development officer and senior executive.
Mary is based in Hobart, Tasmania and works part time. |
